Your Home is a Great Place to Start

Many people think you need various machines or a lot of space to move around in order to effectively exercise.  The reality is that we don't need much space at all.  My goal is to help individuals achieve the following:

  • Learn to identify space in the immediate environment that can be used for practicing bodyweight techniques.

  • Learn to develop a body renewal practice that enhances mobility and strength.

Home sessions are ideal for parents who home-school or for individuals who work out of their residence.  Sometimes, families have a room in the house that is dedicated to fitness, yet they don't really know how to use the equipment or need someone to keep them accountable for using the equipment.  Some people are too embarrassed or don't have the self-confidence to sweat or move their bodies in front of other people, so training in a public facility is out of the question.

Life Coaching sessions can be held in the convenience of your home or my workspace.  Taking nature walks or sitting in nature is also a great opportunity to explore or have a critical dialogue.
