I vacillate between wanting to wring Dave's neck and hug it.  I have never worked harder...or looked better.  I had been going the gym five days a week for 18 months and thought I was in good shape.  Then I met Dave.  After my first Dave-engineered workout, I was spent, feeling good and certain that I had entered a new stage of fitness.  Three months later and working on my third different workout, I feel fantastic.  I'm toning muscles I haven't used in years.  Dave makes sure I'm doing each exercise correctly; he challenges me to push myself and keeps me on track.  I haven't weighed myself in years so I can't tell you how much weight I've lost, but my clothes are getting too big and my family says I look amazing.

I love working out with David because he has something new up his sleeve during every circuit training.  Because he is especially knowledgeable about yoga and body resistance exercises, (in addition to weights and machines), he has helped me build a stronger total body for my capoeira martial arts – that in addition to toning my midriff and arms.  Most important, David knows how to prevent injuries by teaching proper body placement and stretching exercises.

Training together we came up with a program to achieve my fitness objectives and goals.  We worked all the muscle groups by a means of weight training and core training.  David goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and is always available to help any way possible.  David has a great personality, strong work ethic and attentiveness to detail.  If you hit a training plateau or are looking for a personal trainer, I strongly recommend David Wolfe.

I have been working out with David Wolfe for about two months.  He put together a workout plan for me using both my upper and lower body.  David pushes me and makes me work hard when I train with him.  I have been involved with sports and working out for many years and what I enjoy about working with David is his intensity and ability to create different workouts.  Knowing that I have to train with David holds me accountable...I always look forward to my training sessions and learning new exercises.  I would highly recommend anyone to train with David...He is knowledgeable about working out and can get you to where you want to be.  This guy is no joke!

I am a 38 year old female and after going to different gyms for about 10 years I noticed that I pretty much do the same workouts every time, use only a few machines and stay pretty much at the same level of fitness.  Plus, I have a natural tendency to slack and avoid doing anything too challenging.  So I decided to start working with a personal trainer.  Immediately, I got hooked and after a summer break I signed up for a 6-month package.  My workouts are very different now from what they used to be- they are a lot harder but more rewarding; my muscle tone and core strength improved considerably.  David is an easy and fun person to work with, very encouraging and intelligent.  I am very pleased with the results of my training.
